Besides the rare case where an obvious buff talent already significantly shoots ahead (or a debuff talent will forever lag behind), it takes some time to settle in whatever their "natural" growth path is going to be, and besides external factors out of their control (random yt sub culls etc.), it's in the talents' own hands how they'll grow, depending on stuff like their streaming contents, the personality they portray, their stream times and consistency, etc.

For what it's worth, Nerissa is going to be a more musical talent, and that's usually a buff for subs because music clips are an easy way to reach the masses with small approachable content that the algo can carry to virality.
