sure not everyone who does bad things is a bad person. good people can do bad things and vice versa
but if someone repeatedly does bad things ,to the point you'd assume it's straight up in bad faith, then yeah it's understandable why i would hate them. at that point i'm not just hating the action they did, i also hate the mentality/personality that person has which encouraged them to do the bad thing(s), so i hate the person too (at least partially)
