Neither of the agencies that use an invader system poach talents off other corps, only indies are considered - and they need to have been indies for at least some time as well, as what happened in Lumi and Yuri's cases. So the closest you could get is a holo graduating, immediately going indie and then becoming an invader, which is also extremely unlikely to happen.

In other words, they need to leave whatever corpo they were, becone indies for a while and then become an Invader. Its a highly improbable process to happen unles the talent herself had a very particular idea in mind as, at that point, it's either better to remain indie or just enter in talks directly with Phase Connect and become a talent in a new generation.
