Finana is great, but let's be honest, her livestream numbers aren't great. 1-2k viewers is mid-low for Niji and when compared to HoloEN and Vshojo, it looks worse. 100k subs is good, but it was an inevitability since she's part of Niji and a lot of holoEN people checked out NijiEN.

I feel a bit bad for second batch because they were definitely taken in at the same time as Lazulight but had delayed debuts for some reason. I worry about whether it's indicative of the company's faith. Like it's the back end of their early talents and they're just going to get promoted less than the third batch which is definitely going to attract a ton of people.

I do wonder what the idea was there. Maybe they thought they needed more training or wanted to put out the wave that would appeal most to Holofans first. They'll be fine though, Lazulight got a total of like, a week of hype before a debut that overlapped with some other major streams, and if anything wave 2 will have more people excited for it now.
