Gameplay-wise? No she was pretty dogshit. But she's a natural talent at providing entertaining reactions, and MGS with its half-serious half-parody spy action wacky telenovela tier plot gave her plenty of material to react to. She got really into the story and the characters (kinda similar to Pomu later, but Pekora is also big enough that she doesn't need to make MGS her entire personality now lol)
And you know how she is, she can even make her dogshit gameplay into streaming material too, because she plays the "gets cocky -> fucks up and gets comeuppance" character type well.

Also as a side-note, her MGS streams were also great happenings on the old board as well. Remember, this was pre-Myth and the great EOP popularity explosion, she was getting 50k+ viewers on some streams which was unheard records for "normal" (non-event) gameplay streams back then, and we all had great fun posting and following along, so Pekora-MGS carries some additional nostalgic weight here for those of us who were around to see it at the time.
