I'd have to look around. I still enjoy watching Luna and Fubuki but there isn't anyone quite like Matsuri. She may not have a huge following here, but I'm sure her loss will be felt among her peers. Personally, it would be tough to move on from. I wouldn't stop watching Hololive but would probably be a little more distanced from it.

I have a strong suspicion that she would want to start again under a different guise simply because of the number of friends she's made over the years. So I would probably seek out whatever new presence she creates if that ever became a reality. Hard to separate her voice and Matsuri's design though. The two were made for each other.

I don't think I'll ever just "find another oshi" to get attached to in the same way. I genuinely love Matsuri and that isn't something that just happened overnight but rather over years of following her activities and gradually getting to know her better, so I don't think something like that'll ever happen again. Besides thinking stuff like that is way too sad so I'd rather not think about it lol
Thankfully I don't see her randomly quitting anytime soon despite her occasional menhera antics. At the end of the day she's very resilient and seems to be happy with her place in Hololive, so I've never really thought about hypotheticals like this. Of course nothing lasts forever and so on but that's a problem for the future to ponder about, I just live in the moment and enjoy my time.

I do like Hololive as a whole though, so I would probably keep on occasionally watching and supporting the company as a casual fan (in a sense 箱推し I guess). But I don't see myself ever finding a "proper" oshi again. I'd probably just become a clipwatcher lol.
If it were to end by Hololive closing doors as a company though (meaning everyone graduates)... I don't know if I'll watch any vtubers anymore after that. I like the novelty of vtubing but I don't have enough interest to find new companies/groups/indies to follow anymore.

The Matsuri that I find admirable and enjoyable is no longer there. She is no longer the hardworking girl or the DD of Hololive.
She steps on landmines nonstop, and she never learned much out of it. Everything went downward spiral since her FPS debut, and there is nothing much that I can enjoy aside from the zatsudan of LIVE performances. Only to that extent.

Hololive wise, I am sure I will keep watching Holo as what I have been now.
There are a lot of oshi material within Hololive and I am sure I will be able to find another oshi that I find enjoyable. I will definitely cherish some moments I had with Matsuri, but that is no reason not to move forward.

Really can't relate to any FPS downward spirals or whatever since I feel like it's been getting better for almost a good 2 years now. Last year was pretty great for her activities and this year has mostly been smooth sailing. Still quite a lot of FPS but nowhere near as much as before (see 2021). Plenty enough hardworking imo, great performances in Fes4, and judging by the amount of practice and long days at work lately, great performances in the upcoming live. Ok variety in streams (not the best admittedly), more long hour streams too compared to the past. I've been mostly very happy with her activities. Except tournament arcs, I skip those but even those have their own audience, albeit small.
Unless by if by "hardworking" you mean doing shit like oshigama and getting hospitalized due to it or accepting any stream proposal that management comes up with, in which case yeah she's not as hardworking as she used to be but I'd rather have festival here for a long time than have her completely burn out and quit early by doing things she doesn't want to

Yeah, I think the lack of active posters during a certain timeframe is the reason threads have kept dying lately. I can't pinpoint the exact time but it's almost always during when I sleep. Sometime early morning JST I think. Other than that there's always someone bumping frequently.
And, well, Festival was pretty much inactive during June (due to getting sick twice in a row) and last month wasn't too packed with content either so I guess that affected it too. Hasn't been too much to talk about.

They tend to die during western hours. I bump them every so often however these days I'm a little busier. And yes there isn't a whole lot to talk about while Matsuri is still recovering.
