Someone leaving NOW would be really bad but they're all growing well and their current two fastest growing Vtubers (Roberu and Astel) pretty regularly pull 1000 or more concurrent viewers. Even their lower ones hover around 300-500 depending on the day/activity. Roberu and Arusan have been pretty active with networking lately and even Astel has been stepping out of the Stars bubble because of all the attention his Apex skills have garnered.

Also beyond the very top of autists, lots of 3D streamers do actually just quit it out, or take year long breaks before popping up again. It takes a special king of person to think "I wanna stream video games for my entire life".
