TakaMori really drags down my enjoyment of both Kiara and Calli. The flirting is either fake, in which case it is dumb, or real, in which case the two need to get a room and not bother the rest of us with that shit. I mean, chances are it is somewhere in between - I don't doubt that they are good friends - but it's annoying content for the rest of us. Some pairings are fun to see interact. TakaMori is not one of them.

Her design is also kinda shit. It's kinda funny how Huke is arguably the biggest name character designer Hololive has managed to get and he made one of their worst designs. It didn't surprise me though because Huke frankly isn't that good anymore at designing characters who aren't in "regular" outfits. His S;G designs are good because they're all wearing mostly normal clothing,, with stuff like Kurisu's arm belts being about as far out as it gets. Regular outfits let his nice, distinctive art style shine. But if you let him go all out with the outfit design you end up with designs like Altera in FGO, who looks like an anorexic druggie, and Kiara, who looks like a suburban girl in a cheap "sexy KFC worker" Halloween outfit.

Eventually they'll give her a new outfit and she'll look way better. Like how Altera looks way better whenever she's not in her standard outfit.

Keffiy's rigging also doesn't help though. Keffiy can do some nice modeling work but Kiara and Ollie just come off as awkward in motion. I guess his style just doesn't work with their designs.

There are plenty of reasons to not like Kiara, but something that everyone should bear in mind is that the most dedicated members of her hatebase are literally from /cgl/: legbeards, amorphous 56% faces, and actual transexuals who have hated her since she before she assumed her present identity. Hate for Kiara largely comes from streams shortly after her debuts, there was no particular incident that made people dislike her but rather a small series of things she did or said that rubbed people the wrong way however she's much improved in my opinion. I think most if not all people who hate Kiara had a negative opinion of her shortly after her debut and I don't think there's nearly as much hate from people who started watching after her "second debut" boosted her popularity.

Not a particular fan of any one member of HololiveEN. They are all kinda new to the game and figuring out what works for them. Kiara seemed to be the most lost right out of the gate. She has the least memorable design, and you can just tell she is incredibly socially awkward. It seems to me the whole Peko saga is a case of “Don’t ever meet your heroes”. I’ve experienced this personally, and it leaves some hard feelings behind for awhile. It eventually passes.

She is a bit self centered, but then again a lot of young girls from the west are. What she needs is a new costume, more collab time to work past some of the awkwardness, and a bit more confidence. I think she is probably the most insecure from HoloEN.

I've only watched her a few times, and its obvious she's not for me. If I had to pin it on one thing, it feels like she thinks she's a hell of a lot more funny, clever, and interesting than she actually is, and I'm generally put off by such people.

I watched her a lot in the beginning.

My biggest complaint is the voice takes along time to get fully used to.
She brings a different type of energy to Collab's which is fun. Whenever En gen 2 happens I think she will shine a lot more than she is now as i think she does her best when she Collab's and she's limited by who she can Collab with as of now.
