The meaning of the term relates to making people happy, while also getting paid to do it. These are not mutually exclusive. It is an attempt to derive something good out of what you do for a living. The assumption that people have no good in them, is likely also a projection on your part.

I described the doggies like this: they have amazing chemistry with each other, can be funny at times, very talkative, extremely cute till it hurts, have JP-like mannerisms, good designs, sing very well on karaoke, debut presentation was amazing, song ready at debut as well, never late. They also have a very interesting dynamic between them as it seems like Fuwawa is the more dominate one, while Mococo is the more submissive one. They also suck terrible at games, but it comes off as very cute and entertaining.
