The Vtuber decided to not disclose her hospitalization publicly while she had no other positive information to share in order to avoid worrying people.
>After consulting with her family and manager, and due to being discharged from the hospital recently, Akai Haato decided to reach out and share the news about her health publicly. Haato also shared that, since stopping her Hololive activities and partly due to the side effects of her medication, she has experienced some strain on her mental health as well. She also noted that, while she still has to stay in bed to recover, she was recently able to relax a little bit.
