In general make it work like as long as you're infected you WILL end up as Lamy, but after the initial infection the "rate" slows down unless it's sustained, in which case it could accelerate. For example, someone sucking on Lamy's breasts or receiving a blood transfusion could transform in a matter of minutes, while if you're sharing a cup (so a bit of saliva) with her from time to time it could take a few months. You're free to adjust the timescale as you see fit for the purpose of your story.

All of this raises some questions: would some Lamys try to contaminate the drinking water of some places? Or would that make them too obvious? Maybe all Lamys have an innate desire to transform people, but in some that desire is way too high. That could be something the Botan squad could handle

Still a really nice story and definitely worth the wait. Also while most things here lean towards converting men to Lamy there's the rather untouched area of converting a woman to Lamy

Maybe I'm one for the more moderate groups where it's not quantity of Lamy but quality of Lamy that matters. Find those who embody Lamyist ideas and convert them.
And really becoming Lamy and losing who you were probably could help some who just want to forget.
