I'm not Shiori fan or anti, but I do know a fair bit about Eilene and Co. The only reason she got her foot in the door was because of the sub numbers that weren't her own, she used the Eilene's channel during auditions as if it was her own and Eilene's family only grew to the size it did from Moemi's pandering to GFE unicorns. Eilene themselves was an incompetent manager that let that happen in the first place, they ceded control of their channel for some reason.

She was just the first one to want to be part of the family but never struck out in her own success because she was on a borrowed name with no standout qualities of her own. I don't expect anything different in Hololive, to be honest. There was a reason she wasn't successful when part of the largest unified vtuber group before Hololive's rise and she will probably remain irrelevant in Hololive's broader community as well.

That said, she will still be wildly successful so it's a moot point to discuss her irrelevance. No hate on the girl, she was just given a station with stolen valor.
