Not a specific question but more of an opinion, is anyone else starting to lose interest in vtubers?

I've been watching since late 2019 and the novelty really has been wearing off as of late. Perhaps it's because the vtuber space is so saturated but I think it's more to do with the inherent limitations on what kind of content is possible under the limitations of a vtuber persona.

I think in general they like to keep the model height close to the actual height. It does cause problems if there's an incongruity. However, I think they went ahead and did it anyway with some of the extreme outliers like coco, 5'11 is tall as shit for an Asian girl, and the shorter ones like luna too. She's supposed to be a ridiculous 4'8 or something. I know Asian girls can be tiny but the average height is still like 5'3. Anything below 5 feet is exceptionally short.

1) The ID's have been invited onto the EN server but since there's only 3/5 that actually play on it, the server is pretty much dead. The ID's prefer the JP server because they can interact with the JP branch at will. The JP members haven't expressed any interest in visiting the EN server aside from Hachaama, that was kicked out by management.

2) Gura is a walking ball of anxiety and her Japanese is trash. She doesn't want to rough it out like Amelia has done in her JP collabs, Gura collabing with Shion would rival 66 minutes. For the ID's they're probably scared to ask for a collab and Gura doesn't push for any collabs with them either. Management has 100% blocked EN from collabing with Coco because of the chink spam.

3) For the EN side the western vtuber community is a cancer full of ticking time bombs. Management is right to block any collabs with indies or critikal.

For the ID's they can pretty much collab with whoever they want. Moona recently collabed with Mana a russian vtuber.

For the JP side its up to each member if they want to collab with Niji, Noriopro, Animare and or their small indie friends. Management is pretty lax in this regard.

I still enjoy them when they do something out of the norm. I think most people should have realized by now that modern vtubers are basically glorified streamers and most don't have any interesting quality besides being cute or saying lewd shit all the time.
The Holos I follow are Korone because of her retro gameplays and Suisei/Towa for their singing streams, the latter is picking up Hollow Knight again and even if she's really bad at it there's at least a novelty factor.
We really need vtubers that put the same effort into their content as in their design+personality.
