A lamia honestly seems like such a freebie as a chuuba design since 90% of the time you can't see their legs anyway, so it wouldn't filter people that easily. Just slap some scales on the face to make them not look 100% human. Though for holo it'd be hell to integrate them for group dances.

The important thing to remember with hololive designs is that they'll always be a basic humanoid - two arms, two legs with a few extraneous parts, e.g. tails, horns, animal ears, etc. Any major departure from that is likely off the table forever unless cover has a change of heart, personally I think if they actually had a wheelchair bound talent then an Arachne would work pretty well.
Also, on the topic of girls we'd like to see in the future, I think a stegosaurus girl would be fun what with all the spikes and such

To not be a nerd, just because you create fire through magic, doesnt mean your body converting nutrients to energy has controlled inefficiency that produces heat.
