The biggest thing is that when my brain is buzzing with anger or frustration and her stream starts, her voice is like cool water being poured on my brain. The second biggest thing, she's funny. She has good comedic timing, she does self-deprecating humor without being cringe, she's good at doing callbacks to jokes she made in previous streams. Every stream she builds up more inside jokes with her chat. She's the only vtuber that can talk about science stuff without making me cringe at how badly she's misunderstanding everything she is saying. Also she's cute. She doesn't swear, and that's just part of her. You can tell she's not like Gura or Irys, holding it in as part of her brand. She's the most feminine member of HoloEN, she has feminine interests, acts feminine, speaks in a feminine manner. She just radiates femininity. Also she can say whatever she wants about not being friends with her chat, but that's just her being a woman and trying to say what she thinks other women above her in her perceived social hierarchy want her to say. When she's in the flow of a regular stream, and all the usual names are in chat, and we're bouncing jokes back and forth with her, you can tell she's actually happy and having fun. Also there was a stream where her chat just stopped working. Not like it froze, but like nobody could type in chat, the box itself was broken, and she thought the whole stream was broken, and she started panicking and feeling alone.

The Kronii/Fauna Off-Collab was six days before the stream where she said that. I guarantee streamer/fan relationships were a topic of conversation for them. Also any regular Fauna watcher knows that she considers herself low-status, and that she thinks Kronii is particularly cool. Also if you've ever had a girlfriend you know that if she goes off to hang with her girl friends then there's always a chance she'll come back suddenly deciding that such and such thing is a big problem because some girl in her group told her it was. I think this was kind of recently demonstrated by that whole 'Break up with your boyfriend if he didn't like the Barbie movie' thing.

She handles her fanbase and gives everyone attention equally as naturally as she breathes, like its already a cemented fact in her mind that we'll be there forever, even if she might joke otherwise.
