Literally the only thing that mattered in terms of saving the branch was getting there to be enough people that it always felt like something was going on, even if that’s just streams. Because we had days at a time where that wasn’t the case, if you remember.

Shiori does it on purpose in the collabs as her role. If the collab is going dull or the members are starting to chafe Shiori will throw out a tangent in order to get all of them to shut up for a second to look at her and go "What are you talking about Shori?"


Now sometimes her tangents do get picked up, like during the EDF stream which to be honest Advent needs to do again because it was one of the few times they actually took Shiori's bait.

A thing is that Advent can't just do what Shiori does and bring up a childhood story because it's clear for some of them they haven't found a way to make it comfortable with their Kayfabe or they're not willing to shit all over it in the presence of FWMC, Shiori can get away with it because she's in character a former human, but the dogs won't break character at all and it's clearly taken Nerissia awhile to come up with lore for herself to match her canon. Biboo barely even tries in single streams but she won't do it in the presence of the others and usually when they're doing a collab Biboo is too busy running in Gamer mode to get involved.
