She certainly can't do what she wants at Hololive, so that is a definite push towards graduation. On the other hand, unlike many other Holomem, she does not have a strong presence outside Hololive, so she can't really fall back. So I assume she might not graduate but her streaming activities will become very sporadic with one or two week bursts of activity and then breaks again, just that eventually she will stop calling it hiatus and it will just be the normal thing.

The corporate boost from being a holo of any sort is a pretty compelling reason to think thrice graduating, even if you're stagnating or on the verges of a burnout. Most holos don't have any notable talent on which to build an entertainment career, or even a successful indie presence. The Hololive brand pulls a disproportionate amount of free viewers for even the smaller girls. They're huge because of Cover, and they must know it.
Imagine someone like Shion, a high school dropout with no skills other than the gift of the gab. She's never going to see numbers as big as what Hololive nets her no matter what she did. Even if she grew sick and tired of streaming, she'd be stupid to throw it all away.

I think they really messed up with the Indonesian branch, most of the gals are multilingual and fluently speak either Japanese or English, I do think it would have been easier to save all of the English-speaking ones and release them under the English Banner, I think they would have been significantly more successful than they are now
