I've never heard of Botan reaching pred, only master with a team. Astel has reached master twice, first with a team and then solo (and he did the latter on NA servers with teammates who kept hot-dropping/dying and high ping).

It's a bit harder to comment on his overall FPS skills because he doesn't really play anything else regularly, but the few times he has his aim is still on point.

You should try catching one of his karaokes live sometime if you like his singing, they're a lot of fun and he's got great range.

They have about equal movement skill but Aqua is nowhere near as good in terms of aim/gunplay esp at medium to long range automatic fire. Astel consistently beams people from pretty absurd ranges even with lower magnification optics that aqua struggles with.
