I meant that 1 and 2 are both integral parts of (your) personality, not really separate "reasons" I guess.

As in, you're a very professional guy, to a fault, while concurrently putting idols on a pedestal. There's certain perception based events that I roll for from time to time, alongside rolls being used for combat. Every fight is an actual dice encounter that can be lost and influence things. In the first chapter, Anon was able to discern that the fires Coco were causing weren't actually real; only illusions meant to resemble fire. In the case of this chapter in particular, the main rolls that affected the story were
1. Dream-Anon snapping back to the idea of realizing he should very well be armed, and that he DOES know how to fight despite the false memories stating otherwise.
2. Anon realizing the voice in his head (Ina) wasn't actually him - critical success further went to point out that worse than that, it's trying to turn on him on his friends.
3. How many friends got snatched into the portrait with him, dramatically altering the story; a week or two ago I asked an Anon to roll a D6 for me in the thread. He rolled the "none" option.
4. How deep the kiss with Coco was, moving from forehead, to cheeks, to lips.

Older stories had rolls to determine things like how many pieces of loot Anon was able to grab, if he could successfully talk opponents down, things like that.

It's less about how extreme people think the fetish is, and more about the availability of writers and the kind of lead in you can give.
Giving a good setup or hook helps a ton. e.g. "An embarrassed chuuba (gura, miko, Subaru or anyone) wakes up to you giving them oral and pisses themselves out of shock and stimulation. They don't report you, just wanting to not reveal something so embarrassing, and you blackmail them into more."
If you're more interested in the topic than the characters involved, you should still drop in some names to get wheels turning. I've picked a few story ideas just because someone had the right character in mind. But on the other hand, having a request for a specific character is a limiter since alot of writers don't feel comfortable writing someone they don't know, in case they can't deliver a compelling story to someone who's clearly a fan.

For setup, I'll probably go with her being the princess of an ultranationalistic Oni-Kingdom, forced to marry you for peace, after the Anon-Empire nearly annihilated the Oni and their traditional ways with modern weaponry, Last Samurai-style.
