My point is that you're jumping to conclusions in that you're suggesting the reason she isn't communicating is because she might be incredibly ill. That's clearly not the case because she was able to come back for those mandatory streams just fine and it's been almost a year since she said anything about poor health.

It's much more likely that she simply doesn't care anymore based on her continually dwindling streaming output over this past year.
Of course, you would never consider that possibility, no matter how likely it seems. The reason is because you know that would means it really is over, and so instead you make up unlikely scenarios where she is battling for her life against some horrific disease and you lash out at me or anyone else that rightfully points out your imagined scenario probably isn't the case.

Regardless of what you think is happening, if Gura cared about us she would at least say something. Mori literally just told her fans that she's going in for surgery sometime soon that'll require her to go under anesthesia. Marine and Suisei kept everyone up to date with their nodules and Flare told her fans when she had to have surgery.
