I don't get why they release the video into the "Live" tab.

Those 3d videos should be into the "Videos" tab. Where the pre-recorded stuff should be.

Can we sue hololive for false advertisement?

Indeed, they are just Prerecorded Premieres with a chat; not an actual Live Broadcast where there can be a back and forth between chat and the performers.
Wasn’t it because of covid that they started doing these Prerecorded Premieres? I think it was so less faculty had to be present at the recording studio.
Well Hololive has definitely shown they prefer Prerecorded Premieres over Actual Live Broadcasts. Whether it’s because it’s cheaper, is less stressful for those producing it, or whatever.

3D showcases are partly live partly pre-recorded with talents deciding how much they want to do live or how much they want to do pre-recorded.

It’s not like they’ll make special exception for the members that made it 100% recorded and upload it as a video when they could just stream it like everybody else.
