I'll agree with that, but every single member is boring as hell on their own. Advent is the inverse: best on their own but fucking horrific together.

They still are a laughingstock, they'll never wash off the stench of losing a member before their first year, then to top it off they aren't even council anymore.
There's no point in making fun of them, they're at the bottom, no matter how many gen's Cover debuts, Council/Promise will forever be the worst one

Council debuted at just the right time for IRyS to have stolen the “new EN” thunder but for the sharks to still be circling the water, with Mumei already having a target painted on her back because retards convinced themselves she’d be in a different company. The fundamentals were fine, even for Sana before the dead dog break. Admittedly that last part led to mounting problems, but most of the other stuff was a load of horseshit.
