While joining hololive would grant her some advantages and a big boost(if she can get good numbers as a indie, she 100% will get good numbers as a holo) she'd have to give up some freedoms and a part of the revenue, I doubt she would accept unless she's planning to follow the idol path(lol)

She'd lose the ability to do whatever content she wants and collab with whatever indies she wants. Hololive has very strict rules for that kinda stuff, all collabs and games have to be approved by the managers.

Considering she's making a good living as an indie I'm not sure why she'd ever join Hololive. She's also possibly the best connected indie of them all so it's not like she's desperate for friends either.

VOMS is basically just GYARI. He designed and recruited them, but they do their own schedules, including permissions and collabs, and keep the money they earn. He also does some BMGs and art. So they're part of a group, but it's not really a company like Hololive or Nijisanji, since they don't get salaries or have any management.
