I think she understands that when Nijisanji as a company went public, and with all the other branches being axed, er, "consolidated" into just Nijisanji (JP), it's pointless.
The difference between HoloEN and NijiEN management is that at worst HoloEN management is just terribly incompetent. NijiEN management seems malicious.
