Reason being is that this trait could be replaced with just about any other source of distrust and have the same effect.

The way I did commissions was through paypal. The artist would ask for payment up-front. Usually this was a deposit, not the full asking price. I'd pay, trust them, and they would send me a sketch to confirm what the final image looks like. Some would send me line-art when ready. Really good work anon, pretty cute and also got me to think of a few other scenarios for some of the cast (like Fubuki being torn between talking with the boys, going to check up on Aru and trying to ignore the menacingly staring Kanata or Oga's struggles to free Boss from the elevator).
Was kinda surprised by the characterization you gave them (mostly Noel's) but it was still very enjoyable and I liked how you portrayed the others, awaiting the next part eagerly.
Kinda inspired to write something, been toying with the idea for a long time and have even done a few drafts for myself but never did anything concrete since I don't trust myself with characterization and the idea of writting characters out of character puts me off more than I honestly understand, but maybe I will try something someday.
