I once had a vague outline about something like that, oddly enough with Fubuki as the main, too. It wasn't pure tragedy however, more like a drama where Fubuki is forced to take you to her estranged family / clan after all worldly attempts to cure your fatal condition have failed.
There, they offer to turn you into an immortal (half) fox-demon and thus cure you. The catch is that you would be getting exiled and Fubuki would have to stay as the next in line for head shrine maiden, condemning you both to an eternal life of solitude as punishment for something Fubuki committed in the past.

You did a really great job, anon. It was steamy, intense and incredibly hot. The narrative structure snaps smoothly together twixt scenes, but could do with a little more descriptive building; namely, there's very little flowery prose in the smut. Normally flowery prose is a bad idea, but it's the opposite in smut; you want a fair chunk of it because it's what the audience holds on to whilst they whack off. It can sometimes feel daunting to stretch out what already feels like a complete paragraph, so keep in mind to chiefly focus on what each character feels physically as well as mentally; sensations don't just begin and end in the mind, they reverberate throughout the body. They cause twitches and shudders, toes curling and uncurling, palms to sweat, chests to heave and eyes to dilate et cetera.
