As far as more futa, I'm not against the idea but I don't tend to go out of my way to write it either - I guess it depends on the prompt and the subject. Nothing like any of these other guys, unless I'm writing a super short (<= 2000ish words). I have two stages of planning: the first is a basic bullet point outline going scene by scene and explaining the gist of what happens.

But then when I get to the meat of the work, there's another stage where I write out in moderately high detail everything I want to happen in a scene action by action. I do this because dialogue and prose naturally flowing are important to me, and I want to think about and agonize over them separately from the actual story I'm trying to tell. Besides being horny I think it also falls back on the fact that creating a story that breaks the mold is harder because it takes a good chunk of time and effort to explain the world around the characters.
