Lumi and Shiina have some overlapping hobbies/interests, they both play into the "hag" meme, and they both have the "hyperfeminine" appeal, but their personalities are otherwise *very* different. For one, Lumi rivals Pippa for the edgiest in the company, while Shiina is more on the conventional seiso idol route. And despite having some of the qualities that would make a girl "popular", Shiina doesn't have the same strong/"alpha female" vibe as Lumi.
