Realistically, unless she decides to resurrect her PL without any pomp and circumstance unlikely, no matter how much some people may want it I'd expect something similar, or longer to Matara's time frame. The way she talked about graduating on stream indicated that she was having second thoughts about actually going through with this right up until the very end. That's not very comparable to someone like Mysta and probably Mika, who was 100% positive about this months before it was even announced, and already had a new model ready before they had even left Niji.

If she was lying, or if she just dumped a shitload of cash into a rush order then she could be back as soon as March. If she wanted to be cute since Henya is her kamioshi, she could time her debut to come around the same time as Henya's first anniversary in VShojo, which was in April. If they want to make as big a splash as humanly possible, they could delay all the way until July, and do another AX announcement. Probably wouldn't be worth it though. Unless, say, Mika and/or Selen were to be announced at the same time.

I've been lurking all day, vshojo is looking to be 90% probability. Their streamers and staff have been shown to be very caring recently for both Selen and Pomu, at times faster than the Niji family. On Mika graduation Pomu shared a secret that livened up the situation. Brave has small reputation, Cover funnily enough Kiara openly trolls about her application early in the year. If she was going to Holo Kiara would be in hot water for that.

Within 2024 but Riku will send his goons to smash her kneecaps before she goes. So give or take 3-6 months.

I really don't think so though. Cover is still a Japanese agency and EN there are to some degree still second class citizens. It's obviously not going to be as bad as Niji was, but I think she'd be very careful of it regardless. vShojo being incredibly hands off and basically just providing a bit of support with everything while you yourself still feel like an indie in what you want to do is probably a lot closer to what she'd want right at this moment after coming out of the abusive Niji relationship

Even so that wouldn't take a full year. Six months is reasonable timeframe. I've seen a ~4.5 month turnaround even, although that was a case of artist and riggers being shockingly on point.
That being said there's also possibility she ordered the model weeks or months ago, seeing as graduation is something that takes more time to arrange. So in *theory* she could graduate in two weeks then come back next day. Terribly unlikely, but not impossible.
