IDK how good the rigging of your model is, but you should consider using lip syncing with it.
Not just you but also every single /asp/ie with a live2d model.
It's really awful how even corpo vtubers don't use lip syncing and their models look so fucking retarded.

Vtube studio lipsync (most corpos don't actually use VTS in the first place) is fairly new. The biggest problem with corpo model and mouth tracking is that a lot of corpos are just super lazy about controlling their model (don't look at the camera, don't manage their lighting, don't know anything about calibrating their camera and model). The average Niji model just has super stiff rigging to begin with. Compare that to Matara, Shylily or Pippa and you can see a huge difference in vtubing as a role and vtubing as a craft.

I use glasses too but I try to push them as close to my eyes as I can.
Maybe get a thinner frame for them and link eye blinking instead of tracking each eye individually.
Also, have your model move more often onscreen so it doesn't look like you're static.
