Anya-Petra Global and Anya Global are kinda the same. From what I've heard Anya Global wasn't really an off-shot from Anya-Petra in the first place and most people in both threads weren't really antagonistic towards each other (besides a couple of shitstirrers but that's a given)

Reading how organically threads split up, rejoin, and transform in terms of identity really makes me think we could've done alot more in incorporating that into lore.
You could write /cc/ and /ggg/ as a factional civil war within Atlantis over policies/philosophies of Gura worship or have it be a series of cities that declared independence from Atlantis. Generals and actual nations are both fighting over relevance and territory and the staying power of a general is largely due to how many people it appeals to and how dedicated the posters are to keeping it alive.

I think that would depend more on the context of the general and why it was made. Usually when a general gets subsumed its because the chuuba or chuubas related to it are part of a larger group that has more activity in that general than the split.

Most details are in the archive https://rentry.org/982xy
But mostly those are the areas that are under the "jurisdiction" of each of their respective Elder Trees
It would be rare an occasion that anyone in /uuu/ would need to know "exactly" where the lines are drawn, most saplings would just answer to whatever village they lived in.
Between multiple villages, the Matres in charge of the villages would meet and discuss.
If something was so large as to need settling between two Elder Trees, it would have to wait until the large gathering of all 3 Matres in charge of each Elder Tree

I dont mean to dismiss you, its just that Ive already written details for some of these things and theyre in the lore archives in the OP
Quick summary is that Matres are there for the edge cases where traditionally "human" perspectives are needed to guide the will of the forests.
The forests take care of themselves in terms of pure survival extremely well thanks to the different kinds of evolved saplings ( https://rentry.org/982xy#lifecycle )
Every now and then though, a less "life and death" guide is needed, and thats where Matres step in

Looks like this is sticking around, nice. I've been working on that vitubia fan game during our little hiatus, it's been going well, even if as always it's more work than expected. As it turns out, it's kinda difficult to make a growing population not look like a ravenous grey goo apocalypse taking over the world.
For context, in the webm above the black-green parts are locations with food, brighter meaning more food supply. the black-red is the "population". I haven't implemented death yet (besides death by being drowned by the oceans kek), so I expect that'll moderate things a bit.

That will probably change a bit with more playtesting and feedback, but since the simulation is granular, I think the players will have fairly simple input on what their nation does, more like suggestions/direction than direct control. So the player would place a waypoint somewhere that would say "settle in this general direction". And then most of the gameplay would come from interpreting the various world layers to make your nation do effective moves. And then there'd be diplomatic elements, probably at least some kind of war/alliance system. I'm trying to build things so it's easy to expand with more features in the future.

In realms untold, in dreams long sealed,
A tapestry of tales concealed.
Many authors, in slumber deep,
Awaken from their tranquil sleep.

From distant lands, they rise anew,
The keepers of imagination true.
In the caverns of creative minds,
Echoes of stories, long confined.

A symphony of quills and ink,
As pens on parchment start to sync.
Words dance like fireflies at dusk,
In the dawn of dreams, they trust.

Nations woven from the threads,
Of narratives that silence sheds.
Authors, once dormant, now arise,
To paint anew their own sunrise.

In realms of fantasy, they tread,
Crafting worlds where dreams are fed.
Characters, with voices strong,
Speak the tales they've harbored long.

Mountains whisper, oceans sigh,
As authors breathe the open sky.
In the tapestry, each thread refined,
A tale reborn, the heart entwined.

With eagerness, they pen their lore,
Recapturing the magic of yore.
Nations rise from quill and scroll,
A revival of stories untold.

In the heart of the fictional expanse,
Imagination takes its chance.
Authors, now wide awake,
Breathe life into worlds they make.

For in their dreams, a world was spun,
And now, the waking has begun.
A chorus of voices, stories unfold,
In the realm where creativity is bold.

So let the wordsmiths weave their dreams,
In the symphony of waking beams.
A saga of nations, pens in hand,
The authors rise, a creative band.

No I mean, in last iteration of Vtubia chuubas were deities, and if we keep that idea for the new setting, then it wouldn't make a lot of sense for literal gods to participate in a mortals' mudshows (and more specifically, get their asses beat by said mortals).

>> No.66354195

but that is exactly WHY they would do it if we still consider them deities, just remember all the stories of nnorse or greek gods going down to the mortal realm just to fuck around a bit because they are bored

Chuubas can descend into /vt/ but it's like an actual poison or eldritch sickness that few can actually interact with and avoid serious complications from. Any chuuba or chuuba that consistently directly interacts with and has staying power in the board is prone to serious mental issues and is considered a pariah by many larger chuubas, chuubas that try to attack or lash out against the catalog directly with their invite their own destruction (NijiEN secret group chat fiasco).

>> No.66364279

Which is why most chuubas who do visit try to do it discreetly and don't exactly announce their presence to the masses. Think how Odin had a habit of disguising himself as a travelling old man when he wanted to blend in with mortals.

The reps are not actually deities or mortals, they're representatives of the thread in question. It maybe the result of a collective summon or the will of one signing the contract. CURRENT PROMPTS

>Clothing
What does the average Joe wear daily? Any formal dress impacted by tradition/culture? Fashion being split by class or regional differences? Climate or other fantastical wackery making certain attire a necessity? Paint us a clearer picture of who you'll see walking through the streets!
>Food
What crops do your people grow for consumption? What about the food you import, and from where? Do you have unique delicacies? What are the common snacks or meals for the working class, or the rich and powerful? Any food reserved for ritual purposes? How about etiquette when eating? Any special practices during mealtime?
>Entertainment
What kinds of entertainment is popular for your people? How important are they seen as part of life? Do different class people have sufficiently different tastes? How much do the chuuba gods play a role in these entertainments?
>Religion
What religious rituals does your nation have to worship its deities? What's the religious structure look like? What's the official stance on other faiths?
>Alcohol and Drink
what do your people drink and what's is it made from? what sort of culture is there around drinking in your split?
>Development
What's your nation's current goals now. What are you trying to aim for your development? Would said development make your people happy?

Oooh, I like this idea. The rep is basically an egregore made out of threads' collective consciousness or belief (or just a thoughtform produced by individual anons of the thread in case the thread at large isn't that interested in participating and is entered by a rogue manager). I also like this idea because it can be combined with >>66394698 and the thought of gods descending to participate our of boredom. Like if there's a notorious anon who is famous in the thread, he can volunteer to be the "base" or a "host" to the will of the thread, possibly retaining his appearance and personality, but getting a nice power-up to compete with others. And if a deity wants to be the representative, it should be trivial for them to hijack the egregore or take in the collective belief and manifest in its place.

What does it mean to win Lord of the Board and get the title and belt? Some say that winning it gets fame and fortune for the country that wins the belt and title. Truth be told, I don't quite believe that. At least not in terms of riches. Oh sure, people try to actually steal the belt and not in the wrestling sense. Jokes on them though, it is just a fancy belt. The real power is in the title and what it brings. You see, the real prize that comes from winning the title is fortune. Protection. Luck. The whole tournament is one big luck racket. Some enter and expend 'bad luck' to avert some foretold catastrophe or break a curse early while others do it to curry favor or luck with some unknown god and the rest are just happy to be there, showing off their country to whoever watches.
