Ok, I'm sure her hearing problem (rubbing stethoscope sound) was caused by prolonged use of closed-back headphones. From what I know, she is using very tight headphones & if her eustachian canals are blocked, it can lead to overpressured ears & rubbing/gritting type of tinnitus, nausea & loss of balance.
She needs to switch to studio/open-back headphones since those are designed with escape holes at the back to let the air escape & prevent overpressurization. The sound leak & almost zero noise cancellation isn't much of a problem since she is living in a house now.

IRyS might be a sweet girl and grateful for her position. But right now she lacks some of the personality the other EN girls showed around their debuts. So far the general consensus is that she's similar to Ina. But even Ina had her quirks early on, and being a calming presence translates over much better when you're someone who streams yourself drawing art while interacting with your audience.
