Just existing in the vtubing sphere for years is going to get attention for Phase. Any company that survives also gets awareness. Regardless the power of indies in JP is huge at times, uncharted waters but not impossible for Phase to establish itself. If Phase advertises and it gets received well you can guarantee there will be a lot of collab interests as well, that's just the power of companies compared to indie exposure wise.
