IRyS was never meant to be part of Gen 1 for EN but was instead brought in to become a threat for the other Gen members

she purposely streamed during Kiara's music video, did karaoke when gura was supposed to sing, and now stream during Ame's dancing VR. I believe she's corporate as they come and is management's way to curve and keep the current gen girls in line

I could be off or simply wrong. I don't know what you guys think.

Feels more like Cover wanted an EN singer they could depend on and is easier to work with. They probably don't trust Mori because she's gone once she's done using Hololive as a stepping stone while the rest of the EN girls come off as either flakey or not good enough to justify the investment. Aside from that, IRyS looks like she's going to be the go-to EN girl for the JP branch to collab with.
