Why are they all the exact same? 80% or more of the stream's total length, they just powerpoint-presentation their way through prediction fanart. "Oh, I love the colors here. Oh, I love the hair here. Oh, I love the accessories here."

Then the reveal itself gets rushed through because they spent too much time on the predictions, and in the end it's almost always underwhelming because several of the predictions looked better than the final design.

Why not just reveal the outfit immediately and then do something fun with it, like playing a VR/motion capture game, or shave their pussy like Coco did.

(Not singling out Irys, everyone including my favorites do outfit reveals this way and it's boring as shit.)

I dont really think it is a creativity thing, I think 90% of outfit reveals follow the same format because people are afraid to do other formats because of #numbers, going against the format is probably scary because outfit reveals are some of the bigger streams of the year for chuubas and a potential big payday so doing something different with a lot of money on the line is not something everyone would do

Rosemi's first new outfit reveal (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-Aej0UaEAc)) is a good example of an alternative. Honestly, she did way more than I think she needed to for this, especially considering she posted short videos before the reveal to hype it up. Obviously not every outfit warrants this much lore, but something like a date scenario for a casual outfit or a shrine visit scenario for a kimono would help make the outfit feel like more than just another thing to for the chuuba to wear. IRyS in this stream could've leaned more into the classroom scenario and the gap between school IRyS and gamer IRyS.

Because it's easiest/laziest to play the number game. You let people come to the stream and cocktease them for most of the stream with fanart guesses. Because people are here for the mystery, the minute you show the whole outfit people outside of your fanbase tune out and close the stream. That's also why they do the slow hanging reveal
