It's cheaper to get a plane ticket than pay for a lease. It's cheaper to even rent a 3D studio for events they will probably only do twice a year 4. Legal shit can be done remotely. And if anything can be done in person, they can just hire a person that can represent them without requiring that person to be in an office. They can work from home.

Firstly, which state? Whenever someone opens offices in the state location matters. Obvious locations would either East or West coast cities.

Secondly what type of location would it be? Cover could benefit from a couple of store locations almost certainly. Though an office space for their talents would certainly go to waste considering most probably don't live around any X location in the States.

However opening any sort of location to host concerts is money thrown away, when considering there's already many prebuilt locations that don't require Cover to cover maintenance, taxes, and staff.
