Mizuchi didn't know who was involved with this claim, but says it anyway on Twitter. Then she goes to "Mysterious person X" to confirm the claim. "Mysterious person X" confirms that the individual doing this was Aster.
Then after a while, the screencaps from Luca are dumped on 4chan.
I think the person dumping the screencaps was our "Mysterious person X", who had just been alerted to the drama moment by Mizuchi contacting her about it.

For this "Mysterious person X" to have these screencaps, they must be close to Luca, and have distaste for Luca similar to Mizuchi. Although at the same time, they aren't so close to Mizuchi or she would know about the screencaps already.
I wonder who this person could be? It must be someone Mizuchi is following on twitter, probably. That leaves about 400 suspects?
