It could have been that the person started fabricating it as soon as we just knew the bully was a "guy from Iluna", which was about an hour. Still very quickly but more plausible.
It's also possible there was a coordinated effort, and someone had fabricated this before the person even started making allegations. In fact, Luca's mods claimed a mysterious third party stepped in confirm it was Aster when she "couldn't remember" if it was him or Kyo.

In the message box, you can see that the messages would be sent from Scarle -> Aster. This means that the screenshot was taken by Scarle.

Scarle is on call with Luca. Why would she take a screenshot that would implicate Luca? Because she's obviously confiding in her coworker about being harassed.

This screenshot was taken at a previous date and held in Luca's DMs for years. Why is it surfacing now? Because one of Luca's mods is talking about the bullying.

It's abundantly clear who posted the screenshots to /vt/.

For this "Mysterious person X" to have these screencaps, they must be close to Luca, and have distaste for Luca similar to Mizuchi. Although at the same time, they aren't so close to Mizuchi or she would know about the screencaps already.
