She was obviously frustrated by Niji shitting on everything she wanted to do, but she let her OL survival instincts guide her. I'm sure she just waited for her graduation and acted nice so that her CV looks nice for other corpos, but surely she must have held a grudge against Elira, at least when she got that 3D instead of her.

It was arguably the worst of the four public statements they made on the matter, since it was basically fraud (lying to investors etc.) and it wouldn't be hard to prove either, which is the whole reason they rushed out an apology to the shareholders specifically. I doubt Riku gives enough of a fuck to be so petty toward Selen that he can't even apologize, he just never cared and it wasn't what the apology was about, it was pure business.

The rumours of a clique are in fact true as Elira is trying to nepo her entire social circle into Nijisanji.
It's not just Enna and Millie as people think.
The 3 are also close friends IRL of Shu, Uki, Wilson and Claude.
All 4 of them were even members of a self managed Vtuber group called Hanamori.
Leaving aside that you people should realize how absurd it is to think so many of her personal friends from the same group joined the same company, it should also be obvious to you what this does within Nijisanji.
Elira and her friends have created a space where everyone inside gets preferred treatment as they try to unite their voices and opinions when talking to managers.

When it comes to legal documents being sent to a different country, lawyers hire a notary, who translates the documents (or hires a judicial interpreter/translator to do it) and then signs the documents for authenticity.
These documents carry three signatures. Plaintiff, lawyer, notary.
They don't snip them to send out portions. They have to send out the documents in their entirety, with bibliography/citations for the relevant parts, and/or redactions for PII (or at the very least a confidentiality agreement that relates to PII).
