The best thing to do for a corpo is to have an OPTION to buyout your model so you can keep it if you leave. But you have to pay a fee to transfer the rights and depending on the price of the model it might get expensive.
But it's a good look to have that option.
Giving it away for free is retarded and encourages the chuubas to join up and quit and just take it and go indie.
Not having it be available to purchase so it gets wasted forever is stupid and cruel.
The chuuba buying it out is the perfect middle ground.
