To be honest, nothing stands out from them.
Am not being mean from this but noone really stood out from the members.

Compare them with gen 6 or any others gens, you'll know what I'm talking about.

The only thing they have different is that they're music focused, but honestly their content/streams are no different from the others.
That's only my opinion tho.

Ao seems pretty creative and witty but i hate her model so i dont watcher her.
ririka is fun and i like listening to her talk, she just rarely says anything interesting. overall i think she has a lot of potential.
kanade is very fun, no complaints.
hajime is level headed and surprisingly cute. i cant wait to see her dance, i feel like she will go ham with her 3d when she gets it.
raden is too hard for me to understand (harder than hajime) but i can tell that her content is right up my alley. she really isn't nearly as insane as she might seem.

raden has one of my favorite vtuber designs
and they've actually motivated me to learned japanese harder than I ever had before (and I've made some really good progress)

I don't really watch Aoi asides from random clips here and there. Seems like she's really blowing up though but I'm not really a fan of her humour.
I occasionally watch Ririka's lunch stream and her random gaming streams. She seems like a nice girl and works hard, but I don't really find her conversational topics or gaming streams that interesting relative to more established Holomems.
I like Kanade's karaoke stream, but the way she talk pisses me off so I can't watch her for too long.
Hajime is cute and I really like her model and verbal tics, but then again nothing really stands out other than that.
Raden is too Japanese for me.

tl;dr they're all right I guess. I don't really have any incentive to watch them over my oshi or more established members though.

They're all incredibly talented and unique. I think that Cover was taking a big chance with them and didn't debut them as HoloJP because they didn't want to disturb expectations. Ao-kun is obviously really charming and a talented artist, that easily switches between a cool persona and then unhinged and manic for comedic effect. I think most EN fans like Ririka the most because she's KPG and does English only streams. Raden is the JFT star becuse she's an academic with lots to share, but also very sociable and great sense as a performer. Kanade has musical talent and is very sweet, her collabs with Mori were very funny too. Bancho is just bancho, she does a silly kids voice, but her real voice is more relaxed and I guess people like her for acting like a kid.
Compared with every other previous gen of HoloJP and HoloEN, it seems that this is the first time that Cover has actively tried to recruit talented people that can push things forward beyond funny anime girl plays video games. That's not to sad they haven't hired talented individuals before, but they didn't actively try as much before, and this time the whole gen is full of talent.
It might have been a bad move for their numbers to debut them as DEV_IS instead of Hololive, but I think they should keep trying to experiment. As a stand alone unit, different from the main branch, I think they actually did really well.
