Ichikara used to let you choose between having a salary, but having min. req. of streaming hours and content, but they changed to no salary and larger revenue split instead. People ask to buy voice packs because you get a much better % of the money compared to superchat.

Nowadays, pretty much none when they have 0 stream requirements. Especially when they can't pay the bills, having an extra side job that takes an hour a week with a min. viewer floor that you can tell to buy your voice packs is pretty great.
