If nothing else, this will be a good case study for other vtubers. Contracts and NDA's are how you keep commissions and collabs in line. A merch team is needed for maximum merch shilling. A REAL manager is needed as a contact point for the brand. But how much of these would be worth it if (You) woke up one day and decided to GO ALL IN in becoming an indie VTuber?
