And it's more of a long term plan to gradually better their reputation. There's a variety of suggestions in that "Forgive Nijisanji" thread that would be good starting points but nothing is going to remedy everything quickly.
If they're hoping everything will just blow over, then I guess good luck to them? When they closed EN for the first time, that was a write-off because they couldn't penetrate the Indian market and it was their first time operating abroad, so you can do that off as they tried something and it didn't work. Likewise, you can argue in the case of KR that the market isn't big enough and that's why they got folded into JP. That argument can't be made for ID because Hololive has a very healthy branch and there are several popular domestic companies, but still if you wanted to reach for an explanation, you could say it's a single market, it's not that important.
What are you going to do going forward when you get rid of the current Nijisanji EN? You are retreating from the global market. You are showing everyone, investors in particular you're unfit to operate on a global stage, unfit to grow.
