So leave your predictions on Niji's final moments here when the stock market opens again in 10-12 hours

For news
>COVER stock is purposely low, ignore shitters saying they are just as done.
>NIJI isn't. It's a catastrophe because they are expected to give massive results they can't sustain anymore since like last year but they managed to keep the facade by axing stuff and cutting more costs.
The actual killing blow was the recent graduation of 3 JPs. Selen just opened eyes overseas because they weren't cutting her leash.
Niji is entering the death spiral of stocks. Let's see what happens if it accelerates.

Selen's situation was a symptom of Niji's fall, not the cause. Mismanagement runs deep and at every level and it has been that way for a long time now. No wonder Pomu wanted to graduate and considering Selen's last MV, she definitely also wanted to graduate even before the incident happened.
I don't this is fixable anymore, this is the reaping part of sowing. New leadership is necessary but there will be lots of changes. It's going to be a long year for NijiEN

You illiterate moron, this is not PR. This is investor stuff.
It’s the ONE thing you want to appear good because people DO REMEMBER if it’s about their money.
They just published a letter that says they are LOSING money and every investor knows they did worse in Q1.
They will have to cut EN or they may be liquidated in debts.

See i don't get this take, Everybody saying this report means selen was "negligible" all along seem to be missing something very important, Imagine for a second the following scenario
>They let selen graduate on neutral terms
>No self incriminating hitpiece notice
>No Negligible notice
>No Black Box stream
>No Apology
>No getting BTFO'd in the western market
>No MASSIVE drop off in subs and SCs
>Maintain the 3800+ stockprice from buyback
>Get bumped up above 4k from google collab
>No longer any need to risk the entire business on loan margin rule
Now with all of THAT in mind, This report would still be bad.. but it wouldn't be NEARLY as bad, They'd drop from 4k to like 3300, still above where they were, And they'd be able to say "Hey we can still course correct EN, we're gonna invest in it" And have SOME level of credibility cause we wouldn't know about shit like the contracts or anything like that, This situation is the final nail in the coffin, But the other nails were just as important

>Is this an investor issue where they'll tear the company to shreds because "Muh infinite growth"?
Pretty much. It's not just that though, big management types want to be making lots of money, not spending their days on maintaining a stagnant but profitable venture. If Riku can make twice the money with the same amount of effort by starting a new venture you can bet your ass he's out of there.

The fiscal year is divided into several subsections, either months or quarters, which are thoroughly reviewed internally, by the taxman (and the investors if your company sells stocks publically).
Before the year/month/quarter starts, you predict certain results based on the previous results so that you may plan how much money to spend on which expenses, the results show you what works and what not, what to improve, cut, support etc.
Those reports are a hassle and take some time, this is why you basically just see December's results now. At the end of the fiscal year, you may expect your financial department to be up in flames just because this is the biggest deal of the year, everyone is on his toes, there is just so much to do, long hours, deadlines, collecting all the numbers your systems put out in every area and if there is just 1 little typo etc., you can expect your boss or the tax man to demand a personal explanation.
Pomu and Selen earned much less revenue in Q3, but their end came pretty close to the end of Q3 (Oct - Dec) overall, so you may see the full impact of it in Q4 (Jan - Mar). So yeah, get thrilled for what you may see in 3 months lmao, this big collapse came in January and February after all and what we see right now are just the consequences of bad PR and expected losses in al later period foreshadowed by December's results.

Millie/Enna/Reimu are staying because they don't have any other good prospects outside of the company. The rest of Luxiem will probably stay on board, Noctyx too bar Fulgur. Maybe Maria from Iluna will stay on board for one more year before calling it quits, Ren seems to have one foot out the door and I don't know if the rest of Iluna have patience to learn JP given Nijisanji's work environment. EN is dead, no way around it. They were dead in the water even before Doki and the other scandals, now it's a complete disaster. Financials were dire before and will never recover.
Question: what now? If they axe the branch or integrate them into JP, they'll effectively abandon ACCELRATE and 30% growth per year they promise to investors and will take a huge hit. Might as well rebrand with the cash cows only, but as a much smaller outfit.
The only other option I see is to go all-in with a "Niji World" (or completely rebanded name), dump in EN, the remains of ID and everyone else they want to get rid off and have them fend for themselves. Depending on where the EU indies end up that graduated recently, that might have been the plan anyway. Hell, they might even have planned to install Elira as the branch/talent manager like they did with Noor before. The EN organs would then have been in Japan to (a) record everything they can to milk them one last time to pump up results and (b) to interview everyone willing to make the jump to the "main" branch. If you fail your interview or don't show up, you get dumped into the junior branch. Also a good opportunity to "part ways" with the more problematic organs.
The more I think about it the more workable it sounds to me. The impact, of course, would be absolutely massive but they're headed for a cliff anyway.

Like everything, it depends on the yacht. There 10-15 meters sailing yacht that are way more physically intensive to use than others. The Hunter brand (which is american) is typically super boring because it's all comfortable and automated and they're fucking slow. Hololive also seems to just have actually competent people on the floor. I can't imagine Nijisanji trying to figure out what they need for a proper studio like Holo, they don't have the expertise available because they keep hiring cheap paper employees and letting talents sort everything out themselves.

If a Holo talent falls off the face of the earth they can quickly fill the gap. No shade to the individual performers but even relative 2views like Bijou (based on her PL) get much more attention than anyone in Niji's latest gens. Someone like Bae can organize a branch-wide MV in half a year while putting on a 3d live with an album and a new MV all in about a month, you don't get to do big shit like that in Niji because they don't have the support or expertise for that shit.

Hololive still pays like shit though comparatively and they are underpaying for Holoearth tech experience which is why it is likely to flop. But they have gotten more experienced people after the people who misused their position or have screwed up got replaced.
I wouldn't go that far with throwing any talent in Nijisanji under the bus for being able to do those things because we have seen them be able to do it. Selen was able to do game tournament and etc. across the entire EN branch without help the few times she managed to do it and Petra's recent MV was done with people across all of Nijisanji's branches was super impressive but it took like 3 years and like half of them had already graduated by the time it came out. Niji's biggest problem is just supporting their talents, it's not even that they don't have the means, the talents will find the means or hire outside help if needed, but the fact the company says no to a lot of things for no reason even if in the case of Selen, the talent is going to pay out of pocket for it.

Super billionaire Yacht has been a thing for a veeeeery long time. I dunno if you ever went to Monaco or saw photos of the port, but the front row of boats in the port is all gigantic motor yacht bought by billionaires, some even have a fucking helipad on them.
As you said, for the vast majority of them, they exist to party and connect with their fellow billionaires. They usually sortie once or twice per year and have a whole crew employed to operate them.
But sometimes you find the odd rich dude who actually enjoy sailing, bought a 3 masts monster and is using it regularly as a hobby (still with a crew tho).

They are wrong, they assumed Anycolor works like the international companies that hold an earnings calls right after they release earnings every quarter. Most Japanese companies only abide by the one single shareholder meeting per year minimum but as an aside, I think continued international investment to Japan might force some companies to do quarterly earnings calls eventually which will probably be better for everyone financially.
In my opinion, Riku and the CFO should really hold an emergency call seeing their stock drop like that after hours and below support to reassure investors. Or they can let things boil until investors give them a really hard time and we see things like shareholders voting to oust Riku for screwing up international expansion when their competition is doing way better. I can see them fielding a bunch of calls today when the stock market opens and the stock loses like 1/5 of its value from institutional investors and etc. It will definitely ramp up and increase shitposting though if they do an emergency meeting.
