The Cover NDA is absurdly strict and they can't have any connection with their Hololive character after their graduation. Sana's RM left after several mysterious "health" breaks and was obviously upset with management. Whatever contract issues they had in 2022 were bad enough that Yagoo replaced the project manager and started attending the EN meetings.
