Retrospective: stage 3 was so much better than if we had gotten more miComet. We all know that they have a deep bond, but it's also important for them to have space for themselves. Suisei's performance and letter with AZKi was amazing and touching and provided closure to INNK that I didn't even know I needed. And Miko's performances were also a way for her to show appreciation for those around her: her solo was a song of gratitude for Gen 0, and Fubuki is one of Miko's top friends in Hololive. Having them appear together in every last event would just create strain.
Plus, I'm holding out hope that they're saving the inevitable miComet performance for when they have more orisongs together. Since HoloFes doesn't like to repeat pairings, if we only get to see miComet once on this stage, I want it to be as special as it can be. The usual miComet style has been to pop in, generate a bunch of hype and fun, and play off their business banter, but HoloFes has a way of making everyone emotional, and I'd love to see them up there one day, expressing their heartfelt feelings for each other. One can dream...
