The problem was the start of the Eternal Summer where everyone got access to smart phones with internet, and more recently it expanded even to shitholes like India. If you want to fix the problem you device ban all smartphones from posting and suddenly the problem is fixed because only those who can afford a computer can post. In a few years you'll need to go further and run tests to be able to connect to the internet.
