According to Kiara she never applied for HoloJP and she got a positive reply to her HoloEN application after just 3 days. There is no reason to believe she lied in the moments she said these things since it happend mostly in casual settings. For example after she found out how often Nene tried to get into Hololive and later again after hearing Suisei talk about her way into hololive.

Even if you entertain the idea of Kiara lying, it just doesnt line up with the timeline. The only reason gen5 and EN debuted close to each other was covid pushing back the original gen5 debut. The talents of gen5 were decided a long time before EN... before Kiara started living again in Japan and before her original reason of coming to Japan fell into the water.

There is so much pointing against Kiara being a gen5 reject. If anything people believing the rrat should bring forth some actual evidence for once. Oh there is no proper evidence only "trust me bro it all makes sense if you think about it" talk? Convenient.
