Sure, they sit in the high chair, but they got a seat at the adult table. Getting a dedicated JP wave probably doesn't cost them very much in the long run and it gets them a foot in the door in a highly competitive market. It's probably good for the couple original JPs in Phase, because it shows them the company hasn't forgotten about them and will continue to support them.
